Call the developer first for genuine defect items — that is what the warranty is for, and using someone else can void it. We handle everything the warranty does not cover, and we can inspect and document a defect so your warranty claim is specific and harder to refuse.
Yes. We go through the property, produce a written list with photographs, and either fix the items ourselves or give you the document to submit to the developer. Common Dubai Hills items are doors that bind, badly applied silicone, loose sockets and AC that has not been balanced across rooms.
On most, but the fixing has to match what is behind the surface. Dubai Hills properties mix solid walls and plasterboard partitions, and a fixing rated for one will fail in the other. We check first — it takes two minutes and prevents a very visible repair in a new finish.
