Refund Policy

At Comfort Life, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to deliver every service with professionalism, transparency, and care. This Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations.

1. Booking & Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge if notice is provided at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

If a cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the appointment, a reasonable service call fee may apply to cover operational and scheduling costs.

2. Access & Service Availability

If our technician arrives at the location and the service cannot proceed due to:

• Customer unavailability
• Access restrictions
• Building security denial
• Incorrect location details

A service call charge may apply. Any remaining balance will be refunded where applicable.

3. Advance Payments & Ongoing Work

For services requiring advance payment, such as painting, duct cleaning, or large maintenance projects:

• If cancelled before materials are purchased or work has started, a full refund will be issued.
• If materials have already been purchased, material costs may be deducted.
• If work has started, refund amounts will be calculated proportionately based on completed work and actual expenses incurred.

4. Service Quality & Rectification

If you are not satisfied with the completed service, please notify us within 24 hours. Our team will review the concern and, where appropriate, provide rectification at no additional cost.

Refunds are considered only if the issue cannot be reasonably resolved through corrective service.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and returned through the original method of payment, subject to banking policies.

6. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy is governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in this policy limits any rights granted to consumers under UAE Consumer Protection Law and related regulations.

Comfort Life reserves the right to update or modify this policy in accordance with legal requirements and operational needs.
