AC problems in Dubai are not the same everywhere. Building type, age, and how close you are to the sea or to construction all change what goes wrong — and what a proper service needs to cover.

For split units in daily use, every three to four months. Ducted systems need a full clean of ducts, coil and filters at least twice a year. If you live near the coast or near active construction, service more often, because salt and dust build up much faster.
A split AC clean covers the indoor unit - filters, evaporator coil, blower wheel and drain tray - plus a check of the outdoor unit. Ducted cleaning also covers the air handling unit, the duct runs and the diffusers in each room, so it takes longer and needs more equipment.
